What the scoping call covers
Who is in the room
Roles, group size, how confident people already are and whether some are sceptical. A finance team and a sales team need different exercises.
The tasks worth practising
We pick real tasks from their week, such as drafting client emails, summarising meeting notes or checking reports, so the session uses work they recognise.
Tools and rules
Which tools your organisation has approved, such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT Enterprise, and your policy on what information can go into them. The session is built inside those limits.
Format, place and timing
Half day, full day or split sessions, on site or remote, and the dates that suit. If the problem looks like missing tools or permissions, we will say a workshop is the wrong fix.
Who should join
Whoever is commissioning the training, plus a team leader from the group that would attend. Someone from IT or compliance helps if your AI tool policy is still being settled.
Before the call
Have a rough headcount, the roles involved and a few tasks your team would like to get through faster. If you have an AI use policy, keep it handy.

Questions about the scoping call
Is the scoping call free?
Yes. There is no charge for it, and the quote that follows is fixed before anything is booked.
Who will I speak with?
A consultant from the Yes AI group, the Melbourne company that runs AI Workshops. The calendar invitation comes from the Yes AI team calendar and has the video link.
Do we have to book a workshop after the call?
No. Some calls end with a recommendation to sort out tool access or policy first. You are under no obligation either way.
Which times can I book?
Weekday starts from 9am to 6:30pm Melbourne time, two hours or more ahead, outside Victorian public holidays. The calendar shows each time in your own zone, for example Brisbane (AEST) or Perth (AWST).
Can you run sessions outside Melbourne?
Yes. Remote sessions work anywhere, and on-site sessions interstate add travel at cost. Format and location are part of the scoping call.
How do I change or cancel the booking?
Reply to the calendar invitation or call (03) 9003 0111. Reminder emails arrive before the call, and an SMS too if you leave a mobile number.
